• Basque cyclist Xuban Errazkin has returned two adverse analytical findings (AAFs) for terbutaline, reports Portuguese newspaper Record. Errazkin recently won the best young rider classification at the Volta a Portugal, but it is understood that he returned the two AAFs two months previously, at the Gran Premio Abimota. Terbutaline is an anti-asthma drug that features on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) Prohibited List, but is permitted with a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE). A terbutaline AAF does not trigger an automatic provisional suspension.
