The investigatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee has concluded its investigation proceedings against Yves Jean-Bart, President of the Haitian Football Association, and submitted its final report together with the investigation files to the adjudicatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee. The investigatory chamber has further expanded the scope of the aforementioned investigation and opened formal proceedings against Yvette Félix, an assistant coach at the Centre Technique National in Croix-des-Bouquets.
The chairwoman of the investigatory chamber has additionally imposed a provisional ban on Yvette Félix from taking part in any football-related activity (administrative, sports or any other) at both national and international level for a period of 90 days. The decisions taken by the chairwoman of the investigatory chamber have been duly notified to Yves Jean-Bart and Yvette Félix.
