The newly formed World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe (WBSC Europe) has today announced the signing of Sportradar as its inaugural partner and service provider. Sportradar’s world-leading OTT platform solution will become the first joint initiative of the newly formed WBSC Europe following the historic merger between European Softball Federation (ESF) and Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) last week in Paris.
ESF President, Gabriel Waage underlined: “The joint platform will concentrate all softball and baseball streaming in one place. That is great news for all fans and for all potential followers and supporters.”
CEB Vice President and Head of Marketing and Media, Rainer Husty added: “This a unique chance to position our sport on a strong, joint platform. We see a lot of potential in this project for the growth of our game and are very happy to have Sportradar as a partner on our side.”
